This design/build project was tasked with providing the Utility Workers union with a new state-of-the-art training facility for their Appliance Repair Technicians. Labs for working on ranges, refrigerators, microwaves, washer/dryers, furnaces, and HVAC units were all required.

This project included power and circuitry for all units including safety overrides for all lab power. Lighting and controls, a new fire alarm system, phone/data, and wireless access, and an upgraded 600amp service rounded out the scope. The project held a tight timeline and came in ahead of schedule and within budget.
