McLaren Health Care selected an old K-Mart building to be renovated for their newest facility in West Branch. This building was developed to accommodate an Ambulatory Care Center, Imaging Services, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Sleep Center, Family Medicine, and Specialized Clinic Spaces. In addition to this 30,000sf of the building was shelled for future growth to include expanded emergency and sleep centers, additional clinic space, and a procedure/surgical suite.

Master Electric was involved in all aspects of the electrical work on this project. We installed a total fire alarm system, emergency generator, interior lighting and lighting controls, site lighting, as well as the controls for the Med Gas System.
