Go Loons! Any baseball fans heading to Dow Diamond can’t help but notice the newly constructed, 225,000-square-foot East End development building. At the intersection of State Street and Main Street in Midland, the enormous four-story building (across the street from Dow Diamond) towers in the sky proving that the downtown area continues to grow.
Master Electric is proud to be part of yet another development to the area. This building leaves no doubt that the modern design equipped with today’s electronic advances such as the automated lighting system and individual room status displays makes this place a welcomed addition to the popular downtown Midland area, not to mention the available retail space that the building offers for new tenants looking to locate in the area.
Walking through the building one can’t help but notice the variety and attractive light fixtures that really accent the abstract design of the walls and open ceilings. Today’s new LED fixtures offer a feel of style and comfort while providing the perfect amount of lighting with energy conservation in mind. Whether in one of the high-tech sophisticated offices or in one of the more casual open meeting rooms there is definitely a feeling of professionalism.
If given the opportunity to visit the building next time you’re heading to a Loon’s game take time to enjoy the new addition to Midland’s downtown area.
