Master Electric was contracted to install high-grade electrical systems, including a 3,000 amp service to power The Dow Chemical New Headquarters campus in Midland, Michigan. The 166,580 square-foot, six-story building will house offices for nearly 600 employees.

State-of-the-Art LED Lighting and Lighting Control, together with the latest in Audio/Visual, Internet, and Security Systems highlight this innovative LEED project.

Dow’s new Corporate Center will house a Visitor Reception zone, a Conference Center, and a Cafeteria with an Outdoor Patio overlooking the pond and nature area. Additionally, the campus will lodge a Research & Development Center for scientists and engineers.

This project was completed on an accelerated construction schedule and remained focused on budget & site safety.
