This project involved removing all sub-panels, feeder cables, and conduits throughout the building and replacing them with new panels and feeders. It also involved replacing an existing 500kW generator with a new one. This project took a great deal of coordination with hospital staff, project management, tools management, and management of manpower. We had twenty-four electricians working two shifts.
