Seeking licensed electricians and registered electrical apprentices. Some of the job duties consist of reading plans and specifications, installing electrical systems for commercial projects, troubleshooting existing wiring systems, knowledge of local electrical codes, maintaining a clean job site, and other duties as assigned. Seeking an individual with experience in all areas of electrical estimating, including but not limited to: reviewing bid documents to determine material and labor requirements and preparing itemized lists; computing cost factors and preparing estimates used for management purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work; preparing bids; selecting vendors or subcontractors; and determining cost effectiveness. Must have five plus years of related electrical trade experience and/or electrical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of blueprint reading; understanding contract documents; specifications; construction schedules, etc.1. Candidates must possess experience and knowledge in the electrical construction industry. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and will be held accountable during all phases of assigned projects; ensuring projects are completed on time and meet all contact requirements. Knowledge in contract documents, construction schedules, man-power loading, material procurement, tool management, RFIs, and change orders required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.
